United States, April 06,2014/Free-Press-Release.com/ -- In Unbreakable Spirit: Rising Above the Impossible, New York Times best-selling author, Lisa Nichols, presents 39 amazing and inspiring true stories of bouncing back and soaring high, against all odds.

Terlisa's chapter is titled, "Go Home, Quit Work and Get Your Life in Order," which was inspired by the words of a former medical oncologist, after having little or no hope of her surviving her terminal breast cancer diagnosis. For over 13 years now, Terlisa has battled this disease through many obstacles. First of which, she was 8 1/2 months pregnant at the time, with an aggressive tumor growing very fast, right along with her unborn child. Due to the unique nature and circumstances of her cancer, she was faced with many overwhelming obstacles that required immediate attention such as the premature birth of her baby, numerous scans, MRIs and medical appointments and also starting up the harsh chemotherapy drugs.

Hope and determination to live her life to the fullest has allowed Terlisa to fight through her terminal cancer diagnosis. Now, she continues to be inspired by her two, beautiful daughters, Alexis and Alyah.

Unbreakable Spirit will be available in January and you can meet Terlisa Sheppard, along with several other authors, at the Atlanta Book Release Party on February 2, 2012. Visit www.TerlisaFights.com in January for special offers and more details about the book launch.
