FLASCO

The Florida Society Of Clinical Oncology (FLASCO) had a wonderful event, “Living With Breast Cancer” in Tampa, Florida on August 8, 2024. There were great speakers who spoke on an array of topics like; Locally Advanced and Metastatic Disease, Advances in Breast Cancer Surgery & Understanding Your Breast Surgery Options, Cancer Genetics and the Role of a Genetic Counselor, Caring for the Caregiver, and others that were very beneficial to the audience.
My daughter and I had the opportunity to host a table for the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation and I was able to speak on certain services that are offered through the Foundation like; Patient Assistance, Financial Support, and Support Groups. It was a great evening packed with awesome information and resources.
